The Florida Keys, each cottage will become a resort designed unit with
private bath & dressing area,
landscaped lanai with outdoor shower and patio dining. Units
are stylishly appointed with wicker/rattan furniture, king or
queen sized canopy bed with mosquito netting, ceiling fans,
and for your comfort ...air conditioning (Thank you Mr.
Carrier!).Our
mission is to allow you relax while we provide the comfortable
surroundings you expect for this long awaited vacation. Many
choose to stay by the week, month or season, but nightly
rentals are available by reservations. |

Tropical
Cottages are under new ownership! We intend to transform
this historic enclave of cottages into the Florida Keys
ultimate honeymoon destination.
Rates are for cottages not yet remodeled. Each cottage
will be refurbished with new bathrooms, garden lanai, and
enhanced gardens and public areas.
Tropical Cottages is an
family friendly resort, however only one bed is included in
each unit. |

**Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to 11.5% State/Local Tax. Cottages only have King or Queen beds that sleep only two people per cottage. Small pets are allowed in some cottages and are charged $10 per pet per night, with management approval. Capacity weekends & special events add $25.00 to nightly rates. Rates subject to change without notice. Check-in time is 3PM, check out time is 11AM. Credit Card or 1st night's deposit is required to confirm reservations.
